My approach is strength-based, LGBTQ supportive, gender affirming and trauma informed. My practice is a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, coping skills and mindfulness combined with other individualized strategies that will help on your journey of growth and healing. Therapy is a process and I am honored to be a guide and support to my clients while they move through it.
